Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Methods
We ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery Times
• Standard U.S. shipping: 2–6 business days.
• Free shipping (on eligible orders) may take up to 10–15 days.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout (overnight orders must be placed before 10 AM EST).

International Orders
We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
Delivery may take 2–3 weeks, depending on customs.
Import duties and taxes (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Notes
Growmite is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, lost or stolen packages once marked delivered, or customs issues outside our control.
